A sustainable Broadband Service Delivery Platform (SDP) is key to delivering essential GEM services to underserved groups. ECX, working in partnership with the Advanced Technology Group (ATG), has a proprietary SDP that is technology agnostic and agile enough to fit any community’s needs.

• Problem Solved: The “last mile” challenge keeps underserved communities from reaping the rewards of connectivity, such as Telehealth and Agtech. The SDP solves the last mile problem and enables the delivery of previously untapped services.

• Unique Benefits: The SDP provides unique value to local communities because through the formation of a Broadband Public/Private Partnership (BP3), they are in control of their own destiny. The community controls the services that are provided and reaps the benefits of the BP3 through increased services to community members and increased economic development activities.

The ECX Services Delivery Exchange (SDE) is the vehicle used to identify and access the essential Government, Education and Medical (GEM) services a community requires to prosper and grow. 

• Problem Solved: Underserved communities not only do not have access to GEM services that can be provided through the use of broadband, most of those communities simply do not have knowledge of the $1.7 trillion dollars in GEM services available from the Federal government alone. ECX’s proprietary SDE opens the door to these services.

• Unique Benefits: No other solution exists for communities other than the ECX SDE. Our proprietary tool has been developed over the past two decades and comprehensively analyzes GEM service offerings available to a community that is tailored to that community’s unique needs and requirements.

ECX, in partnership with ATG, will work with a community to form a Broadband Public/Private Partnership (BP3) that is focused on the community’s economic development needs. 

• Problem Solved: Small and rural communities are at a significant disadvantage when competing against large urban centers for economic development funding and resources. ECX is expert at BP3 formation that is attuned to the needs of specific communities. This levels the playing field and enables small and rural communities to compete for the resources they need to build a vibrant and prosperous community.

• Unique Benefits: Most economic development plans are based on cookie cutter approaches that have worked elsewhere, but are not appropriate for most small and rural communities. ECX’s approach is tailored to local requirements and gives a community a high degree of confidence that economic development resources will be used effectively and will not be wasted. 

ECX will be a community’s partner and provide expert financial, program management and governance support through the Broadband Public/Private Partnership (BP3).
